About us

GM Tax and Accounting Services was established in 1994 as an accounting firm. We have a head office located in Hampstead Gardens, and two satellite offices in Salisbury and Elizabeth Downs. Joe realised the demand to expand into the financial services market and in 1997 GM Loan Services was established.

Joe is the sole proprietor of GM Tax & Accounting Services. He has 25 years in the business. When he is not crunching numbers you can often hear him singing along to his favourite Elvis tunes or planning his next football training session.

Out of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and watching sport with an interest in Football, AFL and Cricket. He also holds a Youth C Licence from the Football Federation of Australia. He has a strong passion for football, and you can be rest assured his kicking goals when it comes to your financial and business advice.

Giuseppe (Joe)‍ Mastrantuone - Principal

An accountant with over 10 year’s experience, he specialises in family business and SME’s. Out of the office Frank likes watching sports and spending time with his family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Public Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and the National Tax and Accountants’ Association (NTAA). In addition he has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management

Frank Di Brino - Accountant

A senior accountant with over 15 years experience, he enjoys watching sport in particular Seria A (Italian football league), and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Our go to SMSF expert, he has a passion for all things SMSF. Dino brings a wealth of experience in accounting and taxation, and applies this knowledge and passion to his clients accounting and business affairs. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce major in Accounting from the University of Adelaide.

Sarah is our office administration manager, she has been with the firm since 2016 and brings a fun, friendly, professional and efficient manner to our workplace. She supports our accounting staff and has been an invaluable member to our team. Out of the office Sarah enjoys catching up with friends and spending time with her family.

Accountant CPA Giovanna brings a wealth of experience to our team, with careers as an accountant and advisor for a number of businesses including a major South Australian dealership of a global recognised premium brand.

She is married to our sole proprietor and works with us on a part time basis with greater assistance in peak times. Out of the office Giovanna enjoys travelling, fashion, cooking and spending time with her family and watching her children sporting and extra curricular activities. She is a member of CPA Australia.
